Atlantic East is fortunate to welcome Yesenia Valer to our administrative staff. Yesenia made her way to Nantucket from Lima, Peru where she studied at the Universidad de Cesar Vallejo earning a bachelor’s degree in Administration and International Business. Before moving to the island, Yesenia was employed in the import and publishing industries in her native Peru and spent time in Long Island, New York. She and her husband Justin settled in Madaket in the summer of 2022. In her spare time, Yesenia enjoys designing and crafting Peruvian silver jewelry and crocheting customized bags from 100% cotton. Here at Atlantic East, Yesenia assists with administrative duties, manages our social media accounts and quickly became a first line resource for anything IT related. On top of it all, she speaks three languages. We are grateful to add Yesenia to our Atlantic East family.
