Pocomo is located on the eastern end of the island between Polpis and Wauwinet, about 8 miles from Town. The entire area is residential and has large lot zoning of 1-3 acres. Large sections of Pocomo have frontage on Nantucket Harbor with views of Coatue and Great Point Lighthouse. There is a lot of property owned by the various conservation groups in the area including the popular Squam Swamp with its walking trails.
