The Town recently achieved the highest credit rating by Moody’s Investor Services of Aaa. What this means is that the Town’s financial affairs are stable and in good order and the future outlook is positive. This is also significant because it enables the Town to borrow money at more favorable terms than a municipality with a lower rating.
