The year is finishing strong with nine closings in the past week. Sales ranged from 45 Surfside Road, a commercial property that sold at foreclosure for $303,750 to 2 Marion Avenue in Cisco, selling for $3,650,000. 2 Marion Avenue had nearly two acres with unobstructed ocean views and a 3 bedroom house. The property was sold with HDC approved plans in place for a major expansion.
