The numbers are in for the month of July with 33 sales totalling $55,498,000. The top sale was 15 Sherburne Turnpike, a waterfront property in the Cliff area, listed for $14,000,000 and selling for $12,500,000 (pictured above and below). The least expensive sale was a vacant piece of commercial land near the airport selling for $200,000. The number of sales, compared to July 2013, increased 6.45% and the dollars that those sales represent were up 52% from last year.
