Every year we have a flurry of interest in rental homes at the last minute, and this year is no different. What is different is the amount of inventory available. For whatever reason, and there are many theories, this spring was slower than usual. That has freed up some inventory that is usually booked for our last minute renters. The owner of this historic home recognizes the difficulty in getting boat reservations and is willing to do an odd turnover day to accommodate last minute travel plans.
