As of today, there are only five single family homes (not condos) listed for sale under $700,000 on Nantucket Island. The lower end of the market has moved very rapidly from distressed to limited supply in the past 12 months. This is happy news for those who were struggling to keep their homes through the recession, not so happy for those who seek secure, stable year round housing.
