Miles Geddes, a Nantucket High School senior, will be participating in the School to Career program as an intern at Atlantic East Nantucket Real Estate this year. While taking college prep and honors classes in school, learning about real estate is an interesting (and smart, we think) option as an elective class. He will be spending one class period a day working with Alison K. Forsgren who, after 34 years in the business here on Nantucket, has a lot to share.
Miles is active in sports as a Whaler’s varsity lacrosse player and captain of the swim team both junior and senior year. We look forward to working with Miles as his questions and comments will likely teach us about some of our future challenges and opportunities in the real estate business. He comes from a long line of Nantucketers and will likely notice some family names while researching property histories.
