Are you selling your home and considering the agent or real estate office offering the “lowest commission”? Do some homework and understand exactly what the office/agent will be doing to represent and sell your property. You do not want to necessarily list with the agent that offers to bargain down very quickly, they might not have the skills and experience to represent you very well during the sale of your home. Plus, a discount agent will not have the incentive to a good job.
