The kitchen is newly renovated with a second table for breakfast. This area opens out to the fully fenced backyard and patio, with a grill, teak table and chairs for eight, and outdoor shower. The mud room entrance along the left-hand side of the home leads to the washer and dryer and powder room. There are two desks with Herman Miller chairs for working remotely, one in the den and the other in the first-floor bedroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, including two guest rooms, each with two twin beds that share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower.
