The kitchen has counter seating at the island and features white rhino marble counter tops and high end appliances. A cozy den with built-in cabinetry is located off the kitchen. An informal side entry accesses the outdoor shower. A 1/2 bath and laundry room complete this side of the first floor. Beyond the living room to the left of the formal entrance is a master bedroom with cathedral ceilings and a walk in closet. The master bath has double sinks, a tiled shower and an oval soaking tub. Doors off this bedroom lead to a private deck and the spacious yard.

Second Floor: A floating staircase leads up to a comfortable seating area. For your convenience, a washer and a dryer are tucked away behind a pocket door. There are three bedrooms on this level.
