As I write this the wind is gusting to about 55 mph. Very little rain so far but reports are that the high tide (which was at 11 AM) is a Spring Tide meaning that it is about a foot higher than normal. Easy Street and Steamboat Wharf are now flooded.
This is lower Broad Street, also known as the Strip, and Steamboat Wharf. Flooded and rising.
