The number of properties listed for sale on Nantucket is less than half of what it was in 2011. There are now only 267 properties listed for sale on the island. The only 1st Quarter with fewer listings in the past decade was in 2005 when there were 182 active listings. This is good news for sellers and not such good news for buyers who have been waiting to buy. There are fewer choices than in the past. No April Fooling here.
