The first meeting for the public to learn about Sachem’s Path will take place next Wednesday, September 29th at 6:00 PM at Nantucket High School in the LGI. Sachem’s Path is a quality affordable housing development of 50 homes that will be built in three phases. Phase I will have 19 one, two and three bedrooms homes. Income limits will apply. Those with good credit that have household earnings between $55,000 and $135,000 per year may qualify. Owners will be chosen by lottery.
