Rentals for next year are already booking up, especially during the month of August. If you are set on coming in August please contact your broker quickly. The Nantucket rental market was very strong in 2012 and it appears that it w ill be even stronger in 2013. If you have some flexibility in your dates, consider coming in July or early September when there are many more options to choose from.
