The current Area Median Income (AMI) on Nantucket Island for a family of 4 is $136,100 per year. Six new affordable homes serving those who make 80% of AMI ($94,100 for a family of 4) and those who make up to 175% of AMI ($239,750 for a family of 4) are currently being built at Sandpiper Place off of Old South Road. The Lottery Application Package is currently available from Housing Nantucket at 75 Old South Road. Completed applications must be delivered to Housing Nantucket’s office by 2:00 PM on December 19, 2022.
