As is typical, the largest number of real estate sales through the first half of the year have been in the Mid-Island area (26), followed by Town with 23. Surfside is next with 11, followed by Madaket (10), Miacomet (9), Tom Nevers (7), Cisco/Hummock Pond (5), Cliff (4), and ‘Sconset with 4. There have only been 1 or 2 sales YTD in: Middle Moors, Monomoy, Naushop, Quidnet, Sandpiper, Shawkemo, West of Town, Brant Point, Fisher’s Landing, Dionis, Pocomo, Shimmo, South of Town, and Wauwinet.
