Second Floor: The open concept living, kitchen and dining area enjoys great light and views of the Atlantic on one side and Sankaty Head Light house on the other. Ceilings are vaulted with post and beam framing and a ships ladder leading to a cozy loft area. Glass sliders open onto 2 second floor decks. One with an outdoor dinning area and seating with ocean views and the other with seating and BBQ grill with views of Sankaty Head Light house. The kitchen has a large island with seating for at least 4 people. In addition, there is a second floor master bedroom with queen bed, en-suite bath and private deck with ocean views. There is a 1/2 bath off the living area.

Basement – Unfinished area with several pieces of exercise equipment for your use.

Outdoor – Beautifully maintained gardens, a private outdoor shower and beautiful patio area with large gas fire pit.
