Both the dining room and the family room have french doors opening onto a bluestone patio with a gas grill and a separate dining area around a gas fire pit. A laundry room with new high-performance LG washer and dryer and a sidekick washer is located off the kitchen.

Second Floor:

The Upper Foyer has a sun-filled sitting area, the perfect spot to curl up and read a book. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a fireplace, an abundance of windows, his and her closets, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a fireplace. The third bedroom has a fireplace and a double bed. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower and ample cabinet and counter space. A fully stocked linen closet is also located on the second floor.

Third Floor:

There are two large bedrooms. One has two twin beds and a large walk-in closet; the other has a twin trundle bed and a desk. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a shower.

Exterior

The bluestone patio has a Weber Genesis gas grill and seating for four around a gas fire pit. A teak table with seating for 8 and two sun loungers are located on the lower brick patio. The private back garden with expansive lawn is a great place to catch beautiful sunsets. There is also a large outdoor shower/dressing room with a separate spigot for washing sand off feet and beach items.

Cottage

The cottage has a bedroom on the lower level with a hand painted double bed and a closet. The upstairs is an open concept great room featuring a loveseat and chairs, TV area, a kitchenette with table and 4 chairs, and a twin trundle bed in the shape of a speedboat. There is also a full bath with a shower. The cottage is available for rent for an additional $3,000 per week for those renting the house, but is unavailable for rent separately.
