Lavendar Lane is a beautiful retreat located in Eel Point at the western tip of Nantucket Island. During the summer, the sun sets directly in front of 4 Lavender Lane. There are beautiful sweeping views of Nantucket Sound, Tuckernuck and even Martha’s Vineyard on a good, clear day. First Floor: Open living dining kitchen area with views of Nantucket Sound and Tuckernuck. Sliding doors to a large deck. Master ensuite bedroom with bathroom, new distressed pinewood floors, his and hers closets, flat screen TV and ensuite washer and dryer. Guest bedroom on 1st floor has a king bed and full bathroom with shower. Second Floor: The second floor has a king bedroom with ensuite shower/tub combo bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. Guest Cottage: Open living space on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms; two with King beds and one with a set of Twins. There are two full bathrooms.
