This light and bright cottage is conveniently located between downtown and mid-island. It is only moments from the beach, Main Street and the grocery store. Hidden from the road by tall hedges, this home is quite private, and the outdoor space adds quite a bit to the living area. There is a back patio with outdoor shower, a gas grill, a picnic table, and an additional cafe table with chairs.

First Floor: Enter the front door into a light and spacious dining, living and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and light pine floors. The dining table has seating for four and the living area has couches and a small flat screen TV. The kitchen is open with all GE stainless steel appliances. The full bath with tub/shower is right off the kitchen area, with granite counters and a built-in washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, two closets and a built-in window seat.

Second Floor: Stairs lead up to a loft with a daybed and office area. The daybed has two twin mattresses and can be pulled out to make a king bed.
