The old, beach cottage part of the house is accessed from the den. The full bath is just outside the bedroom door with access to the outside shower. "Sea Change" is a beachfront property of 3 acres running between Wauwinet Road and the Upper Harbor. The original house and garage apartment were built in 1978 by the present owner and enlarged in 1992-with spectacular views from every room. A short staircase leads to the beach. First Floor: The main house is air conditioned. There are 2 living rooms- one large "summer" living room with a bow window facing Coatue and one smaller "winter" living room with fireplace and t.v.
