The south stair leads to a gallery displaying vintage island art and original watercolors. Located half way between town and the beach, this home offers convenient access to island activities. First Floor: Queen bedroom, full bath with shower, Living room with large screen T.V. and slider to patio, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, island seating for 2, door to side deck. Second Floor: King bedroom, bedroom with 3 twin beds, full bath with shower in hallway. Lower Level: Laundry room at base of stairs. Separate living space consisting of a Queen bedroom, bedroom with 1 twin bed, living room, kitchen, stack washer/dryer and exterior access.

This home is a well appointed, recently updated post and beam oasis. It's set at the back of a quiet, established neighborhood on the edge of Town. The large, well landscaped lot has frontage on a picturesque serene pond with breathtaking sunsets and it borders on Nantucket Land Bank property. There's NRTA Wave access at the front of the neighborhood and convenient access to the bike path to Cisco Beach and the nearby attractions such as the Cisco Brewery and Bartlett's Farm. There are window a/c units in first floor bedroom and two of the upstairs bedrooms, in the upstairs hall, and the kitchen, plus each bedroom has a tv. There is a second unattached studio on the property over the garage that is rented year round to an engineering firm for periodic use by 1-2 of their employees (no guests allowed) that will occasionally travel to the island from Boston to service local contracts. Use and occupancy is extremely infrequent and they have access to only the separate garage structure.
