At the risk of blatant self‐promotion, we would like to share with you why our office is different. We do one thing only and that is list, sell and rent real estate on Nantucket. Full‐time and year‐round. All of our agents make the island their primary home.
It truly is all in the details: our approach to business is to do as much thorough research prior to listing a property so that we can avoid unexpected surprises during the marketing and sale of the property. We spend considerable time and effort on this which pays off in the long run.
Our real estate agents hold more professional designations than any other office on Nantucket and we pride ourselves on our commitment to taking education beyond the minimum required by license law in Massachusetts. We are also all Realtors, members of our local, as well as the Massachusetts and National Association of Realtors.
