Nantucket is not very big and we specialize in all areas of the island geographically. We also specialize in all market sectors, in every price range and all types of properties: residential, land, commercial, condos, cooperatives, and affordable housing programs.
It depends upon when you want to vacation on Nantucket. Homes in July and August book up the most rapidly, especially larger homes (4+ bedrooms) with a high level of amenities such as swimming pools. The earlier you start the search, the more potential options you will have. If you are able to visit in the shoulder seasons, there will be more choices available.
